(1)供應(yīng)商須同時具備行業(yè)主管部門核發(fā)的測繪乙級及以上資質(zhì)和城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制乙級及以上資質(zhì)。 人員要求：項目負(fù)責(zé)人1人，注冊規(guī)劃師，同時具備規(guī)劃專業(yè)高級工程師職稱；提供注冊證、職稱證及近6個月內(nèi)（不含開標(biāo)當(dāng)月）任意1個月養(yǎng)老保險繳納證明加蓋公章。
