(1)1.項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人配備要求：項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具備一級(jí)造價(jià)工程師（水利工程專業(yè)）注冊(cè)證書（原注冊(cè)造價(jià)工程師執(zhí)業(yè)資格證書未分級(jí)的也予以認(rèn)可）； 2.其他專業(yè)人員配備要求：除項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人外，至少委派土木建筑工程專業(yè)、交通運(yùn)輸工程專業(yè)（公路工程）、安裝工程專業(yè)的注冊(cè)造價(jià)工程師各一人，須具備該專業(yè)的二級(jí)及以上（含二級(jí)）造價(jià)工程師注冊(cè)證書（原注冊(cè)造價(jià)工程師執(zhí)業(yè)資格證書未分級(jí)的也予以認(rèn)可）；同一造價(jià)工程師具有多個(gè)專業(yè)的，按一人認(rèn)定； 3.上述人員均須提供響應(yīng)文件提交截止時(shí)間前一個(gè)月（2024年10月）企業(yè)為其依法繳納社會(huì)保障資金的證明材料（建辦市函〔2019〕92號(hào)的“六類人員”除外，“六類人員”須提供相關(guān)證明材料，企業(yè)自行出具的承諾書不予認(rèn)可）； 4.上述人員為最低配備要求，供應(yīng)商須承諾履約期間根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況及采購(gòu)人要求增加人員專業(yè)或人員數(shù)量，不得以采購(gòu)文件中未詳細(xì)說明工程情況或不了解項(xiàng)目具體內(nèi)容，拒絕履約或增加費(fèi)用等要求（承諾格式自擬，同時(shí)供應(yīng)商或自然人CA簽章）。
