style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri;margin:0pt;margin-right:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0pt; text-indent:24pt; text-align:justify; text-justify:inter-ideograph;height:1.5;">2.1詢比對象應(yīng)是中華人民共和國境內(nèi)（不含香港、澳門、臺灣地區(qū)）法律上和財務(wù)上獨立的法人或依法登記注冊的組織。詢比對象合法運作并獨立于采購人和采購代理機構(gòu)。

style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri;margin:0pt;margin-right:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0pt; text-indent:24pt; text-align:justify; text-justify:inter-ideograph;height:1.5;">2.4.3詢比對象近三年內(nèi)在經(jīng)營活動中有重大違法記錄，被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人名單或重大稅收違法案件當事人名單或被（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單或被國家企業(yè)公示系統(tǒng)（www.gsxt.gov.cn）列入嚴重違法失信企業(yè)名單或被證券期貨市場失信記錄查詢平臺（https://neris.csrc.gov.cn/shixinchaxun/）列入證券期貨市場違法違規(guī)失信名單；
