巴州區(qū)虎家梁棄土消納場建設項目、巴州區(qū)盤興物流園土地整理建設項目（項目名稱）施工標段招標公告
1. 招標條件
1.1 本招標項目巴州區(qū)虎家梁棄土消納場建設項目、巴州區(qū)盤興物流園土地整理建設項目已由巴中市巴州區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局以川投資備【2020-511902-79-03-454296】FGQB-0108號、川投資備【2020-511902-79-03-454293】FGQB-0107號批準建設，項目業(yè)主為巴中市巨城市政工程有限公司 ，建設資金來自業(yè)主自籌，項目出資比例為100% ，招標人為巴中市巨城市政工程有限公司。項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)對該項目的施工進行公開招標。
1.2 本招標項目為四川省行政區(qū)域內(nèi)的國家投資工程建設項目，巴中市巴州區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局（核準機關(guān)名稱）核準（招標事項核準文號為川投資備【2020-511902-79-03-454296】FGQB-0108號）、川投資備【2020-511902-79-03-454293】FGQB-0107號的招標組織形式為 委托招標 。招標人選擇（本招標項目在省發(fā)展改革委指定比選網(wǎng)站上的項目編號為（/）的招標代理機構(gòu)是四川科為招標代理有限公司。
2. 項目概況與招標范圍
2.1建設地點：巴中市巴州區(qū)光輝鎮(zhèn)虎家梁村、巴中市巴州區(qū)盤興物流園
2.2建設規(guī)模：巴州區(qū)虎家梁棄土消納場建設項目占地約89.45畝（59632.39㎡），庫容80萬m³。具體包括建設抗滑樁及樁間板512m³、格構(gòu)護坡1998m³、截水溝1002m、水盲溝573m、擋土墻1604m³、地表土體清除319311m³，及其他配套基礎設施工程；巴州區(qū)盤興物流園土地整理建設項目預計整理出土地共計28畝，項目主要建設內(nèi)容包括抗滑樁及樁間板927m³，擋土墻1934m³，格構(gòu)護坡915m³、截排水溝111m、排水盲溝78m、地表土地清除26255m³，以及其他配套基礎設施建設
2.3計劃工期：365日歷天；
2.4招標范圍：工程量清單及施工設計圖中所示的全部內(nèi)容；
2.5質(zhì)量標準：達到現(xiàn)行工程質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范合格標準；
2.6標段劃分：施工1個標段。
3. 投標人資格要求
3.1本次招標要求投標人須具備企業(yè)獨立法人資格，具備建設行政主管部門頒發(fā)的市政公用工程施工總承包叁級及以上資質(zhì)省外企業(yè)須具備有效期內(nèi)的《四川省省外企業(yè)入川承攬業(yè)務驗證登記證》或按（川建發(fā)【2016】473 號）文取得的帶二維碼的《四川省省外施工、監(jiān)理企業(yè)入川承攬業(yè)務信息錄入證》資質(zhì)，/類似項目業(yè)績，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力。
3.2本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標。聯(lián)合體投標的，應滿足下列要求：/。

4. 招標文件的獲取
4.1 凡有意參加投標者，請于請于2020年08月29日00時00分至2020年09月02日23時59分登陸登陸巴中市政務服務和公共資源交易服務中心網(wǎng)站（http://zwhjy.cnbz.gov.cn/）“公共資源交易平臺”中“建設工程招標投標”通過數(shù)字證書下載招標資料（招標文件、工程量清單、施工圖紙等）。
4.2 招標人不提供其他任何報名和招標文件獲取的方式。
5. 投標文件的遞交
5.1投標文件遞交的截止時間（投標截止時間，下同）為2020年09月21日09時00分，地點為：巴中市政務服務和公共資源交易中心（巴中經(jīng)開區(qū)紅星路70號巴中市民之家4樓）本項目開標室。
5.2逾期送達的或者未送達指定地點的投標文件，招標人不予受理。
6. 發(fā)布公告的媒介
本次招標公告在全國公共資源交易平臺（四川省）、四川建設網(wǎng)、巴中市公共資源網(wǎng)上發(fā)布。
